Agricultural Law Update
The Multi-Agency Geographic Information for the Countryside website www.magic.gov.uk is worthy of a mention as it brings together environmental data from DEFRA, English Heritage, Natural England, Environment Agency, Forestry Commission and Department for Communities and Local Government.
A map search will show areas of village green and common land, scheduled monuments, nitrate vulnerable zones, sites of special scientific interest and environmentally sensitive areas amongst others, and all of which are relevant to our work as lawyers to the rural community.
